Where breath leads the body. Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional, structured style of yoga that links breath, movement, and gaze into a flowing practice.

This originally moving meditation is a set sequence of postures practiced in the same order each time. It takes you through Sun A and B, a series of standing poses, seated poses, and finishing poses each held for 5 cycles of breath. This practice builds strength, flexibility, discipline, and mental focus.
