Welcome. I’m so grateful you’re here.
My fascination with yoga began when I was a teenager. Whenever I visited my grandmother, she would speak about her neighbor—an 80-year-old woman who practiced yoga every day; moving into delicate inversions with the grace of someone truly at home in her body. Those stories stayed with me, like a quiet seed waiting for its moment.
That moment came about ten years ago, when I finally stepped fully onto the path and devoted myself to a daily practice. Yoga began to soften the edges of my life. It brought joy, steadiness, and a deep, unexpected peace.
When the time aligned, I committed to an intensive six-month yoga teacher training, and I’ve continued to walk this journey with passion ever since.
My hope for this studio is to offer a space that feels sacred—open to everybody, just as they are. A place where you can arrive, exhale, and remember yourself.
The feeling I want to share with you is the same one I feel each time I step into a yoga studio: “I have arrived.”
