FLOW

Breath - centered vinyasa practice that guides you through a series of poses where movement becomes freedom and effort becomes empowerment. It is a fast-paced Vinyasa-style class where you move through a series of yoga sequences tied to your breath. It’s energetic, free-flowing, and allows space for you to explore or “flow on your own” within the class.
